Excitement in Hooper

Today was an interesting day I was just getting out the shower when our landscaper was ringing my doorbell, since I was soaking wet, and naked, I didn't answer. He then started knocking on the door, still wet so didn't answer. Next thing I heard the phone ringing, it was the landscaper. He told me that he hit a gas line while digging a trench, no biggie he said, he has done it before but the fire dept and Questar were on the way .

When the fire dept. got here they went through my house and turned off all of the natural gas, then told me and Gavin that we would need to evacuate!! So Gavin and I spent the next 1 1/2 hours at Walmart!! Everything is okay now, our little neighborhood is back to being quiet, for now!!

Jeez, look what happens when the Bass' come to Hooper! I bet your neighbors are loving you. And you want me to come live by you? I'd be afraid of my house blowing up! jk. Glad you had an exciting day, how was wal-mart without any make-up on?

Good job taking pictures for the blog, I have taught you well grasshopper!

Kache has been sitting next to me today while I was reading blogs and he is so funny, first he says this is Lightning McQueen's song, on cars, Life is a Highway, and then he says to me those are firemen, and then I scroll down to read and he says "Mom is that the Tremonton fire truck?" Tremonton just got a new fire truck and he knows it is red. So Funny, Rob works for Garland fire department and not Tremonton, but he knows all about Tremonton and their new red fire truck.

Hey I have hit a few gas lines in the past. One I cut right through it so I jumped in the hole folded it over and tide it off to stop the gas. Then called questar gas to fix it. No fire trucks, or evacuation.
